Cost and Financial Information

Rates

50-minute Intake session: $140

50-minute In-person/telehealth session: $120

The rate is consistent with most fees for counseling in the greater Lafayette area. Receiving mental health services is a financial commitment that may not come easy to some. Unfortunately, Healing Gardens Counseling Center is not able to offer a sliding scale at this time. In the future, the goal for Healing Gardens Counseling Center is to be able to offer a sliding scale fee for those who cannot afford the full-service fee.

Payment Options

Self-pay

The self-pay rate is $120 per 50-minute session and $135 for a 50-minute intake session.

Services will be billed at the beginning/end of each session by processing a credit card on file. Health Savings Account or Flex Pay Card can be processed for payment.

Insurance

Healing Gardens Counseling Center does not process any form of insurance.

You may call and ask your insurance company what your out-of-network benefits are for mental health counseling services. One possibility is that your insurance may reimburse you for your self-pay counseling services. If this is a possibility, I can provide you with a super-bill and a receipt to turn in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Church Assistance

I have experience working with local communities of faith, who are willing to financially support mental health services to those who are a part of their community. If this is something you are interested in, please let me know.
